Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated at the end on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 2-10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Locations of delivery:


Cities within Maharashtra: Please allow 1-2 working days for the courier to be delivered 
Metros: Please allow 3-4 working days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5-10 working days for the courier to be delivered

All product prices are inclusive of taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy


At Kidlingss, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on Kidlingss:

FOOTWEAR - WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY

ACCESSORIES - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED 

SUNGLASSES/BLANKETS/SWIMSUITS - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

All returns will have to be couriered back by the client at their own cost. We understand and regret the inconvenience caused.

The products have to be unused and the tags if any have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (tears, stains, broken hardware or foul odour) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.

Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface to ensure that if you need a size exchange, the shoes should be in perfect condition to pass our quality check. Size exchange is subject to product availability.

Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products.

There will be an additional logistics charge of INR 100 which will have to be paid in case of a size exchange or it will be deducted from the new credit code in case of return.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging and freebies with your original receipt for an exchange. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

It is the responsibility of the client to handover the correct product, Kidlingss will take no responsibility of the product or the credit code/exchange in case a wrong product is handed over to the courier person. We will take 10-12 working days to receive the return. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Kidlingss shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

In case you receive a damaged piece, please email us at kaushal@kidlingss.com with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please keep the tags intact. We will respond within 1-2 working days and dispatch a new piece as soon as possible.

We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear.
